NOTICE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

This Legal Notice ("Notice") is provided by Charlie Kruschek Photo ("Owner") to inform the public, third parties, and all potential users that all images, texts, products, and designs created, produced, or owned by Charlie Kruschek Photo and PDS Apparel are protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws.

1. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION:
   All images, texts, products, and designs created, produced, or owned by Charlie Kruschek Photo are protected by copyright laws. Charlie Kruschek Photo is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to these works, including those associated with PDS Apparel.

2. TRADEMARK PROTECTION:
   Charlie Kruschek Photo and its associated logos, marks, and designs are trademarks owned by Charlie Kruschek Photo and are protected by applicable trademark laws. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
   No person, entity, or third party is authorized to reproduce, repurpose, manipulate, distribute, display, or otherwise use any images, texts, products, or designs owned by Charlie Kruschek Photo and PDS Apparel without the express written consent of Charlie Kruschek.

4. ENFORCEMENT OF RIGHTS:
   Charlie Kruschek Photo reserves the right to take legal action against any individual, entity, or third party who engages in unauthorized reproduction, repurposing, manipulation, distribution, display, or use of any images, texts, products, or designs owned by Charlie Kruschek Photo, including those associated with PDS Apparel.

5. WRITTEN CONSENT:
   Any request for the use, reproduction, repurposing, or manipulation of images, texts, products, or designs owned by Charlie Kruschek Photo must be submitted in writing and receive explicit written consent from Charlie Kruschek before any such use is authorized.

7. GOVERNING LAW:
   This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, and any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Notice shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wisconsin.
